Initial inquiry & consultation call After receiving your request, we schedule a complimentary 30-minute call to discuss your needs, expectations, and the spaces you would like to organize. Proposal & agreement You will receive a tailored offer outlining the project scope, estimated cost, and estimated timeline. To confirm the project, a pre-payment equal to 50% of the total estimated cost is required. Once the pre-payment has been received, the offer is considered accepted and the project is officially confirmed, without the need for a separate signed agreement. Home visit & measurements I visit your home to take measurements and assess the space in detail. This step helps me prepare a precise and functional organizing concept.During this visit, I will ask for your permission to take photos and videos of the space. These images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including my portfolio and social media. I never photograph you, your family members, or any personal or identifiable information. Every effort is made to protect your privacy, and only the project and the space itself will be featured. Space planning & design concept I design and plan your space, including layout ideas and organization systems. We will then schedule a consultation call, during which I will present the concept, explain the proposed layout and organization system, and walk you through my recommended storage solutions. If you would like any changes to the concept or the recommended storage solutions, one round of revisions is included free of charge. Any additional revisions beyond the first round will be charged at €50 per revision. Organizing day On the agreed day, I come to your home and we completely clear the space. Items sorted and categorized before being thoughtfully placed back with a clear system and labelling. Afterward, I walk you through the space and show you how to maintain it effectively. Final Invoice Once your space has been fully organized, I will send you the final invoice. The remaining 50% of the service fee will then be due. Any costs for storage containers, boxes, or other organizational products will be added to the final invoice and billed accordingly. The cost of it is not part of the service fee. Follow-up check-in Two-three weeks later, we have a 30-minute follow-up call to see how the system is working, discuss feedback, and make adjustments if needed.

No, there is no need to clean or prepare the space beforehand. In fact, it is helpful for me to see it exactly as it is in your everyday life, as this gives the best understanding of how the space is currently used and where improvements can be made.

The duration depends on the size and complexity of your space. Smaller projects, such as a single closet, typically take around 3 hours, while larger areas like a kitchen usually take between 5–8 hours. During the initial consultation, I will give you a more precise estimate based on your specific home and needs.

I do believe that a well-structured and functional home comes from keeping only the items that are useful, loved, or truly needed. During the process, we will go through everything together, and I will support you in making decisions about items that are no longer serving you, whether they are unused, broken, or simply no longer fit your lifestyle. Decluttering can feel overwhelming, but you won’t go through it alone. I will guide you step by step to create space for what truly matters and build a home that feels clear, calm, and functional.

Your level of involvement is completely up to you. However, I kindly ask you to be present for the first 30–60 minutes at the beginning of the organizing session. This is important for the decluttering process, as nothing will ever be thrown away or donated without your approval. Your presence at the start allows us to make decisions together and set clear directions for the space. After that, you are free to leave and return once your space has been transformed into a calm and well-functioning home.

Yes. Your privacy is always respected, and no personal information is ever shared. With your permission, I may use general before-and-after images and videos to showcase my work on my website or social media. This is always discussed in advance and only shared with your approval.

In addition, depending on your personal situation, home organization services may be partially tax-deductible in Germany as a household-related service (haushaltsnahe Dienstleistungen), similar to cleaning or other domestic support services. You can include eligible costs in your annual tax return to potentially reduce your tax burden. For exact eligibility, I recommend confirming details with your tax advisor or local tax office.

Clients are responsible for the cost of all agreed-upon organizational supplies needed for the project, such as bins, shelving, and storage containers. Please note that these items are not included in the service fee. I will be searching and purchasing them for you. The cost of this service is included in the service fee. The cost of the supplies will simply be added to the final invoice.
